I was introduced to Quavo Fraud & Disputes through Jeff LeFevre. He told me about a great group of people he was joining who started a company. At the time, I was at my previous employer completing a data center migration to the AWS Cloud and training the offshore team to manage it. A year later, I was interviewed by our COO & Co-Founder, Dave Chmielewski. I joined Quavo in June of 2020 and only wish I had joined the company sooner! I currently am a Senior Infrastructure Engineer focusing on building and managing the AWS Cloud Infrastructure, working behind the scenes to help our automated dispute management software, QFDTM, run smoothly.
What I value about the Quavo culture is the people within the company, the way the people are treated, and the investment everyone has in making Quavo a great company. When you work for a company of over 5000 people, you don’t feel as if you have much input or investment. At Quavo, we all have the opportunity and incentive to make the company great. Looking toward the future, I see us moving towards continued automation and orchestration to enable more growth.
Outside of work, I spend six out of seven days at the gym. On the weekends I enjoy golfing, mountain biking, or snowboarding. I currently reside in Voorhees, New Jersey but grew up in Philadephia.
