I’ve spent my career in the fraud and disputes space within the enterprise banking sector, leading front and back-office operations teams. My work has focused on supporting line of business initiatives, optimizing processes, enhancing customer experience, and mitigating financial loss through data-driven strategy.
Prior to Quavo my work was focused on compliance and business risk, working in regulatory audit preparation, finding analysis, and risk mitigation, building frameworks to support operational integrity. Today, I leverage that experience to support clients at Quavo, helping them streamline operations, implement strategy, and navigate the complex fraud and dispute landscape with confidence.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, golfing, snowboarding, and traveling with my family.
