Richard Jefferson | Chief Executive Officer

Rich Jefferson is Chief Executive Officer of Quavo. He brings a wealth of experience in building successful organizations around next-gen applications—either as startup companies or within divisions of larger organizations. At Pega, he was responsible for the financial services industry vertical, growing it 300%. Before Pega, he created a new product line around AML for FTG, which was then sold to Pega.  He cofounded a mobile banking and payment platform company.   Rich was heavily involved in core banking transformation. He cofounded BKW and led the development of a core banking platform that was implemented at over 40 banks in the USA. He also led the internationalization of Profile, a core banking engine invented by Sanchez Computer Associates (sold to FIS), opening up Asia and running Europe.  Rich holds a BS degree from the University of Vermont. Joseph McLean | Chief Operating Officer

Joseph is Quavo’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), where his goal is to provide world class software solutions that meet the exact need of every customer. He is responsible for Customer Operations, Customer Success, Solution Delivery and Sales. Joseph has over 18 years of experience in the financial services and technology industries in a variety of capacities—including executive responsibilities. His expertise covers software engineering, software testing, resource modeling, finance management, project management, vendor management, business process management and large-scale agile transformation. He has a BS in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from Wilmington University. Linkedin

Daniel Penne | Chief Financial Officer 

Daniel is Quavo’s Chief Financial and Business Officer, and he has extensive experience in the technology industry as an engineer, project manager, Scrum Master and product owner. He has run multiple teams to produce efficient solutions across various financial lines of businesses, all while in a highly regulated field. Dan can maintain and manage an agile development environment while engaged in enterprise projects being run as waterfall. He is a certified scrum product owner, and is responsible for all business operational management activities. His main objective is to ensure that Quavo is operating as efficiently and effectively as possible while meeting all client needs. Dan manages all aspects of Quavo’s operations to meet established objectives for growth and profitability. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Systems Engineering from Lehigh University. Linkedin

David Chmielewski | Chief Technology Officer 

David is Quavo’s Chief Technology Officer, where he designs and develops innovative approaches to complex business problems using technology, and leads Quavo teams in the implementation of those solutions. David possesses a unique ability to understand business needs while retaining deep expertise with technology and its capabilities. His experience ranges from working with executives and enterprise-level Centers of Excellence to developing/testing/deploying code, including bringing dying systems back to life and delivering with excellence from a blank slate. His work is included in multiple patent filings and he has won multiple awards from Pega for contributions in innovation. David holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Central Michigan University. Linkedin

Arpita McGrath | Director Customer Success 

Arpita is responsible for expanding and enhancing the customer success strategy and ensuring positive client and production support. With over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, she has built teams to enhance systems intelligence as well as develop the processes for initial and ongoing tuning and optimization for onboarding (KYC), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/ Anti-Money Laundering (AML) transaction monitoring, and customer risk rating models adhering to regulatory requirements. She has also developed teams and processes to act as a liaison between key departments to address system related issues and implement enhancements. A majority of her career has been focused on client services within the BSA/AML niche where she performed internal audits, model validations, and various system and procedural related consulting projects for community and commercial banks. She is a leader in the financial services industry by being a board member of the ACAMS Greater Philadelphia Chapter as well as having engaged in multiple industry conferences as a key speaker.  Linkedin

Devan Robertson | Director Product Management 

Devan is responsible for product management and product marketing.  Product management drives the product roadmaps, specifically the vision of what the product is, how it captures the industry challenges, and when the various features and functions will be released. Producing and maintaining product content is the goal of product marketing.  Devan is driven by a desire to transform the way all users interface with the dispute process by providing solutions that deliver intelligent automation and meaningful user interactions. During his 15-year career at Bank of America, Devan led multiple front and back office operations teams and performed individual contributor roles in Data Analytics, Process Design, Service Delivery and Vendor Administration. He’s an advocate for the customer and obsessive about process improvement.  Linkedin 

Brittany Usher| Director Sales 

Brittany brings over a decade of business development and strategy experience in enterprise solutions in addition to documented strong leadership to this unique role. Her experience in building and developing teams, creating corporate training programs, and managing high profile strategic accounts is crucial to her role in an expanding sales organization. With a background in business development strategy in enterprise IT environments as well as being a consultant and entrepreneur, she brings the ability to problem solve, build and develop relationships and leverage partners and products across multiple channels.  Graduate of Santa Monica College and SPM from Wharton School of Business.  Linkedin

Nick Facca| Director Technology

Nick is responsible for leading, acquiring, and developing the technical resources on Quavo’s implementation and managed support efforts.  With over 10 years of experience working closely with project teams and individuals, he knows how to meet goals and push through barriers. His ability to build relationships allows for a collaborative and comfortable team environment. With a background in IT and construction, Nick has experience in a variety of scenarios and timelines. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and Finance from Western Michigan University. LinkedIn

Daronn Grosvenor| Director Implementations

Daronn is responsible for overseeing the success of implementation service projects across Quavo. With over 10 years of experience within the financial service industry, his knowledge spans across retail operations, regulatory compliance and various technology solutions utilized by financial institutions. Within his previous roles, heavily involved with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/ Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory compliance, Daronn has led various key stone project initiatives across the planning, execution and monitoring phases. Varying project initiatives were driven by regulatory reporting of compliance issues and self-identified process enhancements, including: system validation, tuning, optimization, risk assessment, regulatory reporting and generation/enhancement of procedural documentation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist. Linkedin
