Ben is currently the Technical Training Manager for Quavo Fraud & Disputes. He holds a wealth of knowledge and experience in the fraud and disputes industry. Ben interacts with clients first-hand daily through demos, onboarding, go-live, and more. Additionally, Ben produces guided video walk-throughs of Quavo’s industry-leading software, QFD™. He publishes video guides that walk clients through the specific changes in the QFD™ software for both front and back-office agents impacted by regulatory and association mandate requirements. Ben ensures that even the most minute changes are explained in thorough detail. Ben’s dedication to onboarding, client support, and product information is a driving force to Quavo’s commitment to advancing industry standards for fraud and dispute management with expert-driven, easily accessible educational materials.
