Recruiter (Technical and Non-Technical)

Description

Are you a passionate, ambitious recruiter with a knack for reading between the lines and discerning culture fit? Are you able to dig deep with candidates to uncover their skills, motivations, and work style?  Quavo, an inventive, trailblazing fintech company, is seeking a new Recruiter.

In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions, managing hiring across multiple states and time zones. Serving as the face of Quavo in the talent market, you’ll build strong, authentic relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and teammates and champion an exceptional candidate experience throughout every touchpoint, regardless of outcome. You’ll evaluate candidates for real skill, not just resume keywords, and assess for fit and alignment- identifying people who share Quavo’s drive, curiosity, and care for doing great work. You’ll use automation tools, smart processes, and work on special projects to boost efficiency, elevate the candidate experience, and improve hiring quality.

This is a full-time, permanent position, and it is fully remote.

Requirements

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ in Fintech or SaaS
  • Hands-on technical recruiting: ability to assess technical talent beyond buzzwords and translate complex requirements clearly
  • Demonstrated track record filling positions up to and including directors and VPs
  • Experience recruiting in high-growth or rapidly changing environments; adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills — you make people feel seen and supported
  • Passion for improvement – comfortable using AI and digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance results
  • Organized with a bias for action, collaboration and follow-through
  • Ability to go beyond hard skills and assess potential candidates for culture fit
  • High school diploma

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience using Rippling or similar HRIS/ATS systems
