In this role, you own and drive the data and AI strategy across Quavo’s platform, leading initiatives from infrastructure to machine learning-driven product features and developing and implementing product roadmaps that tie data, AI, and ML investments directly to customer outcomes and business goals. Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team of engineers, product managers, and data scientists, you’ll manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to prioritization, release planning, and iteration. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure products are built responsibly and timely, and evaluate, integrate, and manage third-party platforms and tools to support the company’s broader tech strategy. This is a full-time, permanent position and is fully remote.
Requirements
Must Haves
- 8+ years of product management experience with 3+ years focused on data, machine learning (ML), and AI; experience delivering AI-powered features and managing end-to-end data and ML initiatives from scratch
- Experience developing and implementing product roadmaps that tie data, ML, and AI investments directly to customer outcomes and business goals
- Prior experience in fintech or similar regulated industry; comfortable working with sensitive, privacy-protected data
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements with the ability to transfer those areas into data product strategy and feature design
- Proficiency with AWS, relational databases, modern data, data visualization, and ML technologies
- Prior experience leading data science teams with the ability to balance big-picture strategy with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeve approach
- Experience evaluating and integrating third-party vendors, platforms, and contractors to extend team capability and velocity
- High school diploma
