Quavo, an inventive, trailblazing fintech company, is recruiting for a new Account Executive, Mid-Market.
In this role, you will grow Quavo’s market share, ensuring solutions fit clients’ technical and business needs, and creating a trusting, long-term relationship. Using a consultative sales approach, you’ll work collaboratively within a matrixed organization to provide clients with expertise throughout their sales journey. You will leverage a modern, integrated sales tech stack to manage strategic sales motions alongside transactional, high-volume opportunities to continuously target qualified opportunities and surpass sales quotas and goals. Additionally, you’ll maintain and analyze the customer database to support accurate and viable lead generation and marketing efforts, and stay current on industry news, trends, competitor activities, and the latest product line developments. This is a full-time, permanent position, and it is fully remote with regular prospect and company travel (~25%).
Requirements
Must Haves
- 3+ years’ experience selling SaaS contracts B2B with small-large issuing financial services organizations; demonstrated familiarity with banking, card, payments, and/or financial fraud and disputes
- Proven success managing a mixed pipeline and navigating within client organizations
- Proficiency with sales technology including high CRM utilization and integrations with prospecting and content management tools
- Creative negotiating and closing skills
- Ability to drive results and accelerate deals/implementations collaboratively
- Capacity to build, collaborate, and share the financial impact of a prospect’s decision
- An active interest in increasing client success and deepening client relationships by imparting product value
- Autonomous, self-motivated approach; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with an entrepreneurial, start-up culture
- High school diploma
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Confluence, SharePoint, and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Thorough understanding of fraud and dispute management within enterprise issuing financial institutions
