East Lansing, MI – Quavo has announced the appointment of Nick Facca as its inaugural Chief of Staff. In this role, he will oversee the inter-operability of Quavo. Facca will also lead efforts around Quavo’s operating system, executive and leadership team strategy-setting, cross divisional goal management, organizational alignment, and establishing an efficacious work environment.
Previously, as the Director of IT and Infrastructure, Nick Facca led the company in securing it’s first PCI and SOC II certifications in 2021, as well as its subsequent annual renewals.
In an company-wide email regarding Facca’s appointment to Chief of Staff, CEO and Co-Founder Joe McLean said, “I am extremely excited to announce [this] significant promotion to the executive team […] Nick currently has a very important job at Quavo, as such this promotion comes with a transition plan that will likely last through the end of the year.”
CFO and Co-Founder Dan Penne commented on Facca’s appointment saying, “Very excited to see what Nick does with this role. I look forward to all of the improvements that he will bring to our internal and external process and focus.”
When not at work, Nick coaches high school lacrosse and plays hockey. He lives in Michigan with his wife and two sons.
