As the Account Executive responsible for Latin America and the Southern region of the US, Spencer establishes relationships with issuing institutions across the financial services industry that are on their journey to find an automated fraud and disputes management platform. He supports his clients by introducing a solution that leverages connectivity to financial institutions’ core systems and card networks to drive back-office efficiencies and reduce losses. Throughout his time at Quavo, Spencer has supported content creation, lead generation, and the sales process from introduction to contract execution and has trained in the Dispute Resolution Program.
