Support Development Manager

This innovative, trailblazing fintech company is seeking a Support Development Manager to lead their team of Pega support engineers. You will be responsible for hiring, training, managing performance, and setting goals and objectives for your team. You will also oversee client engagements to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, develop processes to streamline the support operations, provide technical expertise to the team, and assist with complex and/or escalated issues. This is a full-time, permanent position and is fully remote.


Must Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in software development and support, with at least 1 year spent in a people management role
  • Strong knowledge of Pega development tools and support processes
  • Proven track record of successfully leading support/engineering teams and delivering results; ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Proficiency in Jira for process development and support management
  • Background in budget management and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic, methodical approach to organizing work and setting goals for a team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
