They say that the best things happen when you least expect them and that is 100% true about how I joined Quavo. I had worked with Quavo’s Director of Product Operations, Arpita McGrath at a previous company and we kept in touch over the years. I commented a picture of her daughter on Facebook and shortly thereafter Arpita reached out to to discuss an opportunity at Quavo. We had always discussed wanting to be part of a company that valued entrepreneurship, work ethic, and caring about its people as well as the work. She found these qualities in Quavo and after joining, so did I.
What is most important to me about the Quavo culture is our commitment to diversity; not only in the people that we hire, but also in our thinking and approach. I appreciate that we are focused on the growth and support of the team, as well as to our clients.
I currently work on the non-product implementation side as a senior delivery manager. I focus on addressing our clients’ business challenges, understanding their requirements, and essentially being their liaison between the business and technology teams.
When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, reading, and cooking. My last trip was to Hawaii in December where I spent time hiking and enjoying the beach. I hope to travel to Japan for the cherry blossom festival. The current book I am reading is Living with a Seal by Jesse Itnzler and my newest hobby is trading on the stock market.
I am originally from New Jersey, but I currently reside in south Florida with my significant other, Christina and our dog, Maya. Before that, I lived in Indiana for 6 years while pursuing both my undergraduate and graduate degrees at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
