Client Services Manager - Product Services

I was introduced to Quavo Fraud and Disputes at its infancy by a lifelong friend and coworker, Jon Lindsey. Through him, I had met a handful of people that were a part of the Quavo team, and when a testing position had an opening, it was suggested that I apply. I was offered the role of Test Engineer almost three years ago. I currently am the Client Services Manager- Product Services. I handle all the implementation work for our clients that are not in the onboarding process. I work closely with the Client Experience team providing support to clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. My favorite part about Quavo is the company culture and my coworkers. In the future, I see myself still working at Quavo as we continue to revolutionize fraud and dispute management. I enjoy golfing, watching Detroit sports, and relaxing with friends and family outside of work. I currently live in Perry, MI, with my wife, Kady, our 1-year-old daughter Ellie, and our three cats.
