I first joined Quavo in April of 2017. I initially began in leading the implementation of a PEGA claims application in Central America. My time in Central America was a life-changing experience. My current role as the Product Research Manager consists of managing our company’s product research. My job challenges me to make our Disputes as a Service™ offering better for our current and potential clients. I enjoy diving deep into the weeds and figuring out different ways to improve our products consistently.
The Quavo Fraud and Disputes team is a big family. Not only do we all genuinely care about the work we are doing together, but each person within the company truly cares for one another. As Quavo continues to grow as a company, I look forward to being on the front lines of its growth. My future will entail pushing Quavo to be the best claims solution on the market through continuous improvement.
During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I currently reside in Rhode Island with my wife, Adriana, and daughter, Samantha. We also have a dog named Sal. In the winter months, I spend time snowboarding, and in the summer, I like to skateboard.
