Our Dispute Resolution Experts leader, Jarred Rook, introduced me to Quavo! He had joined the company before me and sold me on the work/life balance and the company culture, making it an attractive place to work. I initially joined the company as a Business Architect, working with our wonderful clients. I am currently the Technical Training Manager for Quavo. I have the opportunity to interact with our clients as the first demos we do with clients, all the way through onboarding, and go live and beyond. I get to see them grow in their understanding of our system and offerings. My most significant accomplishments are measured through our clients being successful!
Quavo’s culture is everything to me, it was the driving factor for me to join the company, and it is what has kept me at this company through the good times and the bad! Without the culture, we are just people working together – with the culture we have a great team that is all moving in the same direction.
I am looking forward to being a driving force in the fraud and disputes industry. As trends change and fraud evolves, I am eager to communicate those changes to all of our clients and the industry at large. I plan to drive change in the industry through better training and certification offerings to prepare clients for the future better and keep them ahead of the curve!
I have a “Jack of all” mentality to interests outside of work – I have an eclectic taste in things. I love spending time watching tv/movies with my family. I am a HUGE Manchester United fan – most Saturday mornings, you can find me wide awake before 6 am to watch their games. I enjoy watching all sports. I enjoy video gaming (as time allows) and love working on projects around the house (yes… projects that my wife gives me) and just spending time with friends and family.
I currently live in Arizona with my beautiful wife, Beth, and our three wonderful daughters: Brooklyn, Roxie, and Amelia. We are surrounded by family (from both sides) and love spending time with them.
