Our Experts attended Future Digital Finance in Austin this month, where we met with professionals from banks and fintechs about fraud and dispute automation and other innovative digital banking trends.

Specifically reducing friction between account holders and financial institutions. As fraud and disputes is arguably the best example of where cardholder friction occurs, our team had many conversations about how Quavo’s Disputes as a Service™ offering improves customer experience through white-labeled, automated communication channels, while reducing overall costs, losses to fraud, and operational overhead.
Throughout the show, attendees were able to break at the Quavo Recharge Lounge, charge their devices, and enjoy the smoothie bar. Monday wrapped up with Quavo’s Blues and BBQ happy hour, featuring live music, a full bar, and delicious Tex-Mex/BBQ food.
