As the Head of Client Experience, Rex Richardson supports Quavo’s clients throughout the partnership, functioning as the liaison between Quavo and its clients. This includes Quarterly Business Reviews, ongoing Leadership meetings and interactions, and escalations for all requests and needs that a client may have. Rex is responsible for a team of Client Experience Experts, each dedicated to clients to ensure ongoing support and assistance is available as needed. He has 20+ years of experience in the Claims and Financial Industry. Rex and his team are committed to providing clients with innovative service and support and continue to look for ways to enhance the client experience for all of Quavo’s client communities.
