Rex is the Client Experience Manager for Quavo Fraud & Disputes. He supports our clients throughout their relationship and acts as a go-to for all things that a client may need. This includes Quarterly Business Reviews, ongoing Leadership meetings and interactions, and escalations for all requests and needs that a client may have. Rex has a team of Client Experience Experts, each being dedicated to a client to ensure ongoing support and assistance is available as needed. Rex has 20+ years of experience in the financial industry and claims and has a wealth of knowledge to draw from to continue to provide top-tier service and support to all of Quavo’s clients.
