Delivery Manager

Quavo is seeking an Delivery Manager to lead our software implementation teams at Financial Institutions in North and Latin America. In this role, you would be critical to the success of the implementations, expand customer relationships and have an opportunity to directly impact productivity and expense metrics for our customers.

This position can be in Philadelphia, Delaware, East Lansing, or Phoenix areas or could potentially be a remote working position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Work with Executive level and C-Suite management at our customers to prioritize and design implementation programs.
·        Building out business cases and assisting in ROI calculations to assist customer’s in determining where to best invest technology dollars.
·        Oversee a team of Business Architects and Testers to ensure implementations come in on time, on scope and on budget.
·        Typically, responsible for 1 to 2 Accounts with 1 to 2 programs per Account.
·        Ensure the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements.
·        Provide guidance to project teams developing high performing and highly integrated Pega based solutions.
·        Report project performance weekly to Management and monitor problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner, ensure all customer Service Level Agreements and defined KPIs are maintained.
·        Provide thought-leadership to the client across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED:

·        Experience in working directly with Executive and C-level management.
·        Strong leadership skills, developing and implementing new technology and processes; experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and meeting Service Level Agreements.
·        Expertise in how to best deliver great value and service.
·        Entrepreneurial, a natural problem solver who loves challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
·        Excellent communicator, thoughtful and influential. Ability to understand and anticipate the needs of the customer and to provide solutions and recommendations that work in the real world.
·        Proficient in the English language with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Spanish is a plus.
·        The ability to work under pressure and manage critical situations, influencing without direct authority.
·        Operationally driven and experienced in a results-driven environment. Very customer focused, self-motivated and a strong team player.
·        Strong technical understanding of software installations and financial services business process management.
·        Travel required to meet customers, vendors, partners or colleagues.
