Description:
Quavo Fraud & Disputes is hiring for a Test Automation Architect. The Test Automation Architect will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall test automation strategy for our organization. This position will be a highly technical, hands-on role for all test automation efforts for the team. You will be tasked with meeting the current quality standards while integrating test automation into our processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall test automation strategy for our organization
- Ensure the correct tools are chosen for test automation, taking into account factors such as ease of use, integration with existing systems, etc.
- Develop and maintain a test automation framework that is scalable and maintainable
- Collaborate with development and delivery teams to ensure test automation is integrated throughout the development lifecycle
- Able to develop automation low-maintenance test suites that can be run in multiple environments on multiple independent client sites
- Create and maintain automated test suites for both UI and API testing; e.g., Selenium, Postman
- Analyze and report on test results, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous improvement in our testing practices; e.g., Bamboo
- Act as a subject matter expert on test automation, providing guidance and support to other team members
- Initial projects will be implementing test automation into our CAB approval process and regression suite
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation architecture and development
- Experience developing Selenium automation framework from the ground up
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Knowledge on integrating test automation into build pipelines and results into test tools
- Proven experience in designing and implementing testing strategies for cloud-based applications and services
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external business associates
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
