Are you a savvy relationship builder who enjoys sharing technical product information with clients in order to find the best software solution available based on their needs? Do you love guiding clients through the entire implementation process and serving as their trusted expert? Quavo Fraud & Disputes is seeking a consultative, knowledgeable Senior Technical Solutions Consultant to provide business-driven consulting experience to new and existing customers. You’ll utilize your product knowledge, innovation, and problem-solving skills to move each client or prospect through the key facets of the sales cycle, including pre-sales support, conducting product demonstrations, onboarding, production support, solution qualification, and execution. This is a full-time, permanent, fully remote position that can be performed anywhere in the Eastern to Mountain time zones within the United States (EST work schedule) and requires about 33% travel.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years spent in a similar role providing technical SaaS (software as a service) expertise to clients with a proven track record of success
- Background working at a financial services company with at least 3 years of banking or claims experience
- Demonstrated history creating processes and best practices to drive sales and recurring revenue
- Experience collecting and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of new releases and enhancements
- Proven ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences, adjusting lingo as necessary
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to methodically manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on problem solver with stellar strategic, tactical, and collaboration abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice-To-Haves
- Background working for a financial issuer or processor organization
- Familiarity with Confluence or Jira
- Technical acumen with Pega, Java, JavaScript-based case management, and business process management (BPM)
- Bachelor’s degree
