Are you an analytical, innovative quality assurance leader who loves coming up with process improvements and disrupting the status quo? Are you seeking a role with the freedom to create the best testing systems and to empower your team to exceed expectations? Quavo Fraud & Disputes is seeking its first Quality Assurance Manager. In this role, you will implement new QA testing processes and restructure existing practices to guarantee high-quality software production. You will work directly with the implementation and QA team members to align test approaches to the project goals and ensure governance and compliance to standards. This is a full-time, permanent, fully remote position that can be performed anywhere in the Eastern to Mountain time zones within the United States (EST work schedule).
Requirements:
- 5+ years spent managing QA teams and creating and documenting processes to test SaaS products
- Proficiency in reporting and project management systems and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Hands-on knowledge of QA automation tools including Selenium and Postman
- Demonstrated analytical skills with a collaborative work style
- Desire to lead by example and mentor team members to greatness
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Nice-To-Haves:
- Experience with Jira, SmartSheet, and/or Trello
- Bachelor’s degree
