Quavo Fraud & Disputes is seeking a new Project Manager to join their rapidly evolving team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients during their payment system implementation process. You will plan, organize, and schedule various initiatives, hold internal and external parties accountable to timelines, facilitate requirements gathering conversations and provide recommendations, and monitor and report on project progress. This is a full-time, permanent, fully remote position that can be performed anywhere in the Eastern to Mountain time zones within the United States (EST work schedule).
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience managing implementation/onboarding projects and providing application support in the payment industry
- Demonstrated expertise in project, program, and/or product management
- Proficiency in reporting, project management tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences, adjusting lingo as necessary
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle and prioritize various simultaneous assignments and methodically arrange information in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Aptitude to learn quickly and apply creative problem solving; team-oriented, collaborative approach
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
