Program Manager


Are you an accomplished IT change management/project management professional who enjoys working closely with your coworkers and clients to deliver excellent results? Do you have an eye for process improvements and love looking for creative ways to increase efficiency? Join Quavo as their new Program Manager. In this role, you will develop and implement an effective program management strategy to ensure the successful implementation of their SaaS solution for new and existing clients. You will develop and maintain plans, timelines, and budgets, monitor and report on team progress, provide direction and support for a team of project managers, and drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives. This full-time, permanent, fully remote position can be performed in the Eastern to Mountain time zones within the United States (EST work schedule).


  • Proven background as a program manager overseeing multiple projects in the financial industry
  • Strong experience with change management, with a track record of driving successful adoption and change within organization
  • Expertise in developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Excellent, methodical organizational skills, with the capacity to manage various assignments simultaneously
  • Outstanding analytical and critical thinking abilities; able to identify and mitigate issues and risks
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; background effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment


  • Experience in the fraud and disputes industry
  • Background working with SaaS products
  • PMP certification
