Are you an accomplished SaaS product manager who loves leading teams to build better products? Are you energized by working directly with stakeholders to translate their dreams into reality? Join this innovative, trailblazing fintech company as their new Director of Product Management. In this role, you will own the product roadmap and manage stakeholders, timelines, and your team of designers & project managers. You will handle escalations and communicate the project timeline & product features to internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, permanent, fully remote position that can be performed in the Eastern to Mountain time zones within the United States (EST work schedule).
Requirements:
- Background managing a product road map and multiple internal & client stakeholders
- Experience with the agile, iterative development of SaaS products; passion for software solutions
- Excellent proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Strong people and client focus with a track record of translating stakeholder visions into actionable product development steps
- Hands-on, strategic, and tactical leader with demonstrated success leading a team (i.e., decreased turnover, focus on professional growth, meeting company goals, excellent team dynamic)
- Highly organized and goal-oriented with the capacity to effectively prioritize work and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated hands-on understanding of banking principles, with an emphasis on fraud and disputes
